THE SUBMISSION PROCESS

Cabbagetown Art & Crafts uses SUBMITTABLE.COM (link below this information) to process your application. Please check the detailed information and requirements in Notice 2021 by clicking on the link for a .PDF which you can print out.

In the SUBMITTABLE form, you will be asked for your contact information. Your personal name is used for our records, alphabetically by last name. We do not use your business name.

BIOGRAPHY: Your bio should include a brief personal history, education, a listing of other shows attended and a description of your involvement with your craft. What is your volume roughly? Do you look upon craft shows as a living or a hobby? (250 words max.)

DESCRIBE YOUR WORK: Please be as specific as you can about describing your work. What parts of the finished product are your personal work (i.e. Design only? Decoration only? Everything?). Please indicate the dimensions of your work. (250 words max.)

PHOTOS: Your five or more photos (in .jpg format) must be of current work that will be in your booth. A picture of your booth helps greatly.

JURYING: There is a non-refundable jury fee of $28.25 (incl. $3.25 HST). The first jurying is in April, the second jurying is in June; it is important to apply early because some categories fill up quickly. You will be contacted by e-mail. If you are accepted, payment is by e-transfer. FEE: $415.00 (incl.$47.74 HST)
